RE-ADVERTISED: ROLE FOR A MARKETING COORDINATOR

Brink Productions is an award-winning Adelaide-based theatre company creating original text-based work

Brink seeks a motivated and energetic marketing coordinator who is dedicated to delivering campaigns on time and on budget.

The Marketing Coordinator will be part of a small team. You will have experience in all production aspects of print advertising, digital communications and direct mail. You will assist the Executive Producer to plan, develop and coordinate delivery of the marketing and communications campaigns. You will play a major part in delivering Brink Productions’ online and digital marketing activities. You will work closely with the company developing the new Brink identity and ongoing marketing.

Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, the 3 day a week role is offered on a contract basis from Wednesday 7 April until 17 December 2010. There will be a handover period with the current incumbent.

Essential skills
•   2-3 years’ experience in a similar role and/or tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications 

•   Sound knowledge of print production and design principles including outdoor signage
•   Proven experience in working with web-based content management systems and customer relationship databases
•   Excellent computer skills (basic knowledge of design programs desirable)
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with excellent copywriting and proof reading skills
•   Proven experience with social networking applications
•   Proven experience at managing a variety of projects simultaneously
•   Experience with budget management
•   Excellent people skills and proven customer service experience
•   Ability and confidence in dealing with external stakeholders such as business partners and suppliers

Desirable skills/attributes
•    Current driver’s licence
